Video production

If you’re planning a YouTube video to promote your business, or perhaps looking at filming or animating videos for an online course, then I can help you.

I offer services in filming, editing, animation, and publishing on YouTube, Vimeo, custom websites, and learning management systems such as Moodle, Blackboard and Canvas.

I also offer camera coaching if you need guidance in how to best present to camera. This can be done with you on site, or you can learn at your own pace through my “How to Talk to Camera with Confidence and Warmth” online course.

E-Mental Health in Practice (eMHPrac) is an Australian initiative that helps mental health practitioners learn and understand how e-mental health programs and services can support their clients. It’s a huge initiative funded by the Australian Government, and partners with Australian National University, Black Dog Institute, University Centre for Rural Health North Coast, Menzies School of Health Research, and Queensland University of Technology.

This is a team of well respected and incredibly skilled mental health experts who know their field inside out, but don’t have the internal capability to make professional videos, and no current method to host videos online for professional online courses.

Control and ownership of intellectual property is a big requirement from the client, and my production for this project is done in a way that ensures that eMHPrac keeps full ownership of its materials (something you don’t necessarily get when using other services and do-it-yourself creation sites such as PowToon and Moovly).

I am working with eMHPrac to coach, film, edit, and arrange the online delivery of hours of video content for their online courses.

Fusion Painting is a multi award winning local Canberra painting business, with an interest in expanding their reach and promoting their brand through exciting video marketing.

I worked with Fusion to help them script, film, edit, provide visual effects and animation, and upload the videos to YouTube for embedding on their website as well as boosting their search ranking on Google and linking into their business’ Google+ profile.

I also coached them in understanding the analytics data from their viewers to help them track how viewing habits converted into new business leads and paying customers.

As an introvert and camera-shy person who is only just beginning with the world of video, I am so glad to have enrolled in and taken this gem of a class at this time! The entire course is concise and well-produced (among the best-produced that I’ve seen on Udemy to date!), with great lighting and sound, and the instructor is truly engaging and effective in front of the camera
